After Palm Sunday SHINE! and Conference, our attention turns towards the climax of the Easter story, Jesus’ death on Good Friday and his resurrection on Easter Sunday.

On Good Friday we’re gathering with other local churches at the Clock Tower in Hoddesdon at 11am to sing, pray and hand out hot cross buns in a short ‘act of witness’. Do please join us if you can in this simple and easy way of explaining the significance of the day. Later on at 6pm we meet at the church in Slipe Lane for our own Good Friday communion service.

Easter Sunday we have not only an all-age celebration of Jesus’ resurrection, but also the first organised activities from our ‘relationships’ focus as a church. Arrive from 9.45am for Easter crafts, activities and nibbles!

Paul has also asked me to let table-tennis players, that our next monthly game is on the 24th April.

See you on Friday!
