Mark 2:3-4 (NIVUK)
Some men came, bringing to him a paralysed man, carried by four of them. Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus by digging through it and then lowered the mat the man was lying on

Responding to the desperate needs of their friend, these men roll up their sleeves and practice love in action by doing what they can to help. They’ve heard about Jesus’ miraculous healings, and the small matter of a crowd is not going to stop them from getting their mate to him! Makes me wonder to what lengths I’d go to bring others to Jesus? What would I be willing to do in the name of compassion?

Inspired by these fantastic friends, help me to practice love in action today!
