Romans 16:1-2 (UKNIV)
I commend to you our sister Phoebe, a deacon of the church in Cenchreae. I ask you to receive her in the Lord in a way worthy of his people and to give her any help she may need from you, for she has been the benefactor of many people, including me.
These verses mark the start of Paul’s wrapping up the letter to the Romans with a list of greetings, including many thank yous and commendations on the way. Got me thinking, how do we show our appreciation of others in the church? What have you got to say thank you to them for? Maybe you could drop some of them a line to do just that, or thank about how you can honour them in your talking to others.
Thank you Father for the wonderful family you have made us part of!
