“You can have it back if you pay the ransom.” What would you pay to get it back, how much is it worth?

Definition – money or price demanded for the release of a captive or object.
Bible verse –Psalm 49 v8 – the ransom for a life is costly, no payment is ever enough—.

Thought: Has the Bible got it wrong? No payment is enough to save a life? Perhaps God was not in the equation; to rescue us, He gave us Christ. Think about it!

Prayer: We look around and see the people of the world, not all of them have appeal, but to you they are valuable beyond measure. Can we see with your eyes today Father, and help us to look carefully. Amen.
